  I went through drive through and ordered my daughter the garlic parmesan wings and the girl with red braids at the drive through window handed me the wings and they were ice cold so I handed them back to her and told her the wings were cold and she said, "what do you want me to do about it?". I said they're ice cold and my daughter can't eat them like that so she said the wings are warm, it's the sauce that's cold, I just got the sauce out the fridge, so I asked her would you eat your wings cold and she said yeah I do eat my wings cold, if you want me to warm them up, you have to drive around in another 6 minutes. She was very rude and she kept saying I'm the head cashier, I ain't got nothing to do with it being cold, that's how it comes. And I stated to her, I'm a business owner myself and after that, that's when I asked for a refund and that's when the head cashier got the manager, Sarah, and I asked them what was the girl with the red braids and orange shirt name, and both of them stated that they don't have to give out that type of information and none of them had on a name tag that I thought they were supposed to wear. Horrible customer service, I will never eat there again, I'm too scared.
